1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Srchleads ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Services

Srchleads provides a lead marketplace where agencies and freelancers can purchase verified business leads. All leads are provided on an as-is basis and availability may vary.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Purchases & Payments

All lead purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment processing is handled securely via Razorpay.

5. Credit System

Credits purchased on the platform can be used to buy leads. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Credit expiry: Purchased credits are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any credits that remain unused twelve (12) months after they were purchased will automatically expire and be removed from your wallet, and cannot be reinstated or refunded. Credits are consumed on a first-purchased, first-used basis, and you can view the expiry date of each credit transaction in your Credit History.

You must have an active subscription to purchase leads. Even if your wallet has credit, you will not be able to purchase leads unless your subscription is active.

6. Lead Quality

While we strive to provide high-quality leads, we do not guarantee conversion rates or outcomes. Lead quality categories (Hot, Warm, Cold, Specific) are indicative and based on available data.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: resell or redistribute purchased leads; use the platform for spamming or unsolicited communications; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; share account access with unauthorized parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on the Platform are owned by Srchleads. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Srchleads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or purchased leads.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or any suspicious activity.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
