By accessing and using LeadsKharido ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Services
LeadsKharido provides a lead marketplace where agencies and freelancers can purchase verified business leads. All leads are provided on an as-is basis and availability may vary.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Purchases & Payments
All lead purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment processing is handled securely via Razorpay.
5. Credit System
Credits purchased on the platform can be used to buy leads. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Unused credits do not expire unless your account is terminated.
6. Lead Quality
While we strive to provide high-quality leads, we do not guarantee conversion rates or outcomes. Lead quality categories (Hot, Warm, Cold, Specific) are indicative and based on available data.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to: resell or redistribute purchased leads; use the platform for spamming or unsolicited communications; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; share account access with unauthorized parties.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology on the Platform are owned by LeadsKharido. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
LeadsKharido shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or purchased leads.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or any suspicious activity.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
